Shipping & Delivery
Orders are placed online and ship or deliver from Little Rock, Arkansas. UPS Ground covers anywhere in the continental US, and Local Delivery is available in Little Rock and surrounding Central Arkansas cities — just enter your address at checkout and the available options will appear.
Shipping Method
We ship orders via UPS Ground. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days typically ship the same day.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Regional orders (8-state area) receive lower rates than national shipments.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99. Oversized, fragile, or bulk items may require local delivery.

- 1-5 lbs: from $9.99
- 5-10 lbs: from $12.99
- Grain orders (10+ lbs): from $14.99

Items We Cannot Ship
Due to the risk of breakage during transit, the following glass items cannot be shipped by standard carrier:
- •Glass carboys (all sizes)
- •Glass jugs and demijohns
- •Wine and beer bottles
- •Glass jars and growlers
These items can still be sent via Local Delivery within our service area — select Local Delivery at checkout, or call (501) 438-0808 if you need to confirm coverage before ordering.
Local Delivery
We are online sales only. Local Delivery is available in Little Rock and surrounding areas — just enter your address at checkout and the Local Delivery option will appear if your city is covered.
Delivery days
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Order cutoff
Order by 2:00 PM CT for the next available delivery day.
If no one is home
We leave the order at your door by default. Add a note at checkout if you need a coordinated drop or signature.
Fragile or oversized items
Glass carboys, bottles, and similar items can be delivered locally even when they can't ship by carrier.
Member delivery benefit
- •Members receive 10% off local delivery fees on every order (member rate).
- •First-time customers can use code FIRSTBREW at checkout for 50% off their first local delivery (one use per email).
- •Orders of $75 or more qualify for free local delivery in Zone 1 (Little Rock Metro).
- •Orders of $125 or more qualify for free local delivery in Zone 2 (Inner Ring).
- •Orders of $200 or more qualify for free local delivery in Zone 3 (Outer Metro).
- •Free delivery applies to qualifying local delivery orders and may exclude oversized or fragile orders.
